• Care Information: We recommend that you avoid deterioration of your jewelry, by applying your makeup, perfume or beauty products before putting it on. Do not use them to go to the beach, swim or exercise. Store it in your cloth bag or pouch to protect it when not in use.
  
• Warranty: All pieces have a 30 calendar day warranty against manufacturing defects from the time of purchase and a 1-year warranty on gold plating. Shipping costs are not included.

RETURN POLICIES

You can return all items sold on the website (unless stated on the product page). To receive your refund, please contact our customer service at hello@eldoradoart.com within 14 hours after receiving your purchase for further instructions. Returns requested after two weeks or without prior notification are not eligible for refund.

STEPS FOR RETURN:
Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt
Receive the Return Authorization Number and place it inside the package with the invoice and the product.
Please make sure to place all returned items with the original packaging and tags (see item conditions for a full refund)
Ship it back to our offices using your preferred shipping service (with tracking) within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number:

After receiving and inspecting your return, our team will contact you and issue a refund to the original payment method ONLY.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
Items must be unused and in the exact same condition as they were sent and without any signs of wear;
Products must be returned with the original packaging: Boxes and bags;
All labels must be in their original place;
All items must be returned in the original shipping package for proper protection during delivery.
If all of the above conditions are not met, you may not be eligible for the full refund. In that case, you will have the option of receiving the product back at your expense. If you refuse to return it, we reserve the right to keep the product and the original invoiced amount.

All refunds are made to the original payment method only and may take up to 14 days to appear on your bank statement. Once the refund is issued, you can contact your bank directly for more information.
