2. Orders & Cancellations

Order confirmations do not guarantee acceptance. We may accept, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion.

If an order is canceled:

• A refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (as applicable).

Pre-Orders & Made to Order

• Items made specifically for you cannot be modified after confirmation.

• These orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

• Estimated delivery timelines are noted on each product page.

• El Dorado Edit will inform you of any unexpected delays.

3. Payments

All payments must be completed at checkout unless the product page specifies otherwise.

Verification

Some orders may require identity or payment verification.
If not completed within 48 hours, the order may be canceled.

For Pre-Orders

• You may be charged the full amount or a deposit at checkout.

• Remaining balances, shipping, duties, or taxes will be charged once the item is ready to ship.

• Failed payments may result in cancellation, and any amount paid may convert to store credit.

5. Taxes, Duties & International Shipping

Prices do not include taxes, duties, or shipping fees.

USA Orders

• Sales tax is applied at checkout where required.

• Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to sales tax, import duties, customs fees, and other applicable charges in accordance with current U.S. import regulations at the time of entry. These charges are determined by U.S. customs authorities and, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders

• Duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply depending on destination.

• In some countries, shipments may be sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), meaning duties are payable upon delivery by the customer.

• Taxes and duties are non-refundable.

6. Shipping Policy

Free Shipping in the USA

Orders of $300 USD or more qualify for free shipping within the United States.

Shipping Method

• All orders ship via air transport (DHL or FedEx Express).

• Orders usually ship within up to 3 business days, except for made to order items.

• Transit time: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Customer Documentation

Carriers may request additional documentation (EIN, SSN/Tax ID, customs forms).
This must be provided directly by the customer.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to missing customer documentation:

• The customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

• No refunds will be issued for returns caused by documentation failure.
