We understand that at times you may want to return or exchange a purchase. EL DORADO ART is fully committed to your satisfaction and we will work with you to ensure you enjoy your entire shopping experience with us.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of your delivery date. Here is how:

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused and the original packaging included. Otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. email hello@eldoradoart.com and note the order number and whether you would like a refund or exchange an item.

For exchanges, please note the new item number, size and color you would like.

For refunds and exchanges ship your parcel with a shipping service of your choice and at your expense to our warehouse in Colombia to this address:

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your return/exchange to be processed.

Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after processing and a confirmation will be sent email. Exchanges will be sent after processing and allow 3-7 business days to receive the new item.

We will be unable to accept returns that do not follow these guidelines and they will be sent back to the original shipping address.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable. Processing times may vary due to holiday periods your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
