A New Cross is a Colombian label under the creative direction of Nicolas Rivero that understands design as a timeless and genderless territory. Its collections, defined by fluid silhouettes and meticulous tailoring, are co-created with artisan communities in Colombia, with whom it develops the textile techniques and handmade details that distinguish each piece. Rather than following seasons, the brand proposes an essential and conscious wardrobe that revalues craftsmanship and brings it into everyday life.

This piece is made of 100% linen, a natural fiber that requires special care to preserve its shape and texture:

• Dry clean, or hand wash in cold water.
• If washing by hand, do not wring it out more than necessary to drain the water.
• Do not tumble dry; hang to dry and keep it as stretched as possible to maintain its shape.
• Steam iron at a medium temperature, ideally while the garment is still damp and with a thin cloth between the fabric and the iron; for dark colors, iron inside out.
• Use mild detergents without bleach, and avoid soaking.
• Do not store in plastic bags.

All our pieces have a warranty of 30 calendar daysfrom the date of purchase, applicable exclusively to manufacturing defects.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

Contact uswithin 14 days of delivery of your order to request your Return Authorization Number.

Include in the packagethe Return Authorization Number, the invoice, and the product.

Pack the productwith its original packaging and tags (see below for conditions for a full refund).

Send the packageback to our offices using the courier service of your choice (with a tracking number) within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method.

CONDITIONS FOR APPROVING A RETURN

Items must be new, unused, unwashedand in the same condition as they were sent.

Products must retain their original packaging(boxes, bags, etc.).

All tagsmust be in their original place.

Items must be returned in the same shipping packageto ensure their protection.

Important:If these conditions are not met, the refund will not be approved. In that case, you may choose to have the product sent back to you at your own expense. If you decide not to receive it, we reserve the right to retain both the product and the original invoiced amount.

REFUNDS

The refund will be made onlythrough the original payment method. The process may take up to 14 business daysto be reflected on your bank statement. Once the refund has been issued, you can contact your bank directly for more information.
