Isidora Malva is a Colombian brand of sustainable luxury handbags and accessories. Designed for sophisticated, cultured and active women who want to feel admired, it offers pieces for daily use with a nighttime vocation. The brand is dedicated to preserving artisanal and leather traditions, creating contemporary pieces with fair production and optimization of resources.

Its objective is to connect the community with the production system, as well as the end user, contributing to the development and preservation of ancestral techniques and generating a social impact throughout the value chain.

In addition, it seeks to raise awareness about the consumption of quality products that tell a story beyond their function.

Isidora Malva was born from the passion for the craft of leather goods and the love for artisanal crafts that Mónica, its creative director, had. After living and working for a time in Milan, he returned and founded the leather goods firm where he was able to mix this beautiful craft with artisanal techniques from Colombia, taking as his main inspiration his great-grandmother Isidora, a strong, independent woman with a dreamy spirit.

General recommendations:

• Protect the product from dyes, perfumes, corrosive substances or clothing, such as jeans or leather jackets, that discolor and stain the leather.
  
• Avoid exposing the leather to strong heat sources.
  
• Do not use cleaning liquids or household detergents to clean leather.
  
• To keep the bags clean, we suggest using a cloth slightly dampened with neutral cream. Refrain from using solvents, liquids containing alcohol or bitumen, do not apply pressure or rub hard. Avoid contact with water as it can stain the leather and alter the natural composition of the leather.
  
• To store the bags and preserve them better, we recommend storing the items always filled with tissue paper or the paper that originally came when the product was purchased, with their respective canvas bag to protect them from dust and in a dry place. As far as possible, it should not be wrinkled or with any heavy object on top as this also affects its structure and appearance.

RETURN POLICIES

You can return all items sold on the website (unless stated on the product page). To receive your refund, please contact our customer service at hello@eldoradoart.com within 14 hours after receiving your purchase for further instructions. Returns requested after two weeks or without prior notification are not eligible for refund.

STEPS FOR RETURN:

Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt

Receive the Return Authorization Number and place it inside the package with the invoice and the product.

Please make sure to place all returned items with the original packaging and tags (see item conditions for a full refund)

Ship it back to our offices using your preferred shipping service (with tracking) within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number:

After receiving and inspecting your return, our team will contact you and issue a refund to the original payment method ONLY.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

Items must be unworn and unwashed in the exact same condition as they were sent and without any signs of wear;

Products must be returned with the original packaging: Boxes and bags;

All labels must be in their original place;

All items must be returned in the original shipping package for proper protection during delivery.

If all of the above conditions are not met, you may not be eligible for the full refund. In that case, you will have the option of receiving the product back at your expense. If you refuse to return it, we reserve the right to keep the product and the original invoiced amount.

All refunds are made to the original payment method only and may take up to 14 days to appear on your bank statement. Once the refund is issued, you can contact your bank directly for more information.
