The BOOT STUDY 05 are part of the El Dorado Edit x Bissoni collaboration, a series of boots created from shoemaking craftsmanship, special leathers, and handmade construction.
This first version originated from a leather selected for its texture, character, and uniqueness. Each pair is made to order in the Bissoni workshop, respecting the nature of the material, the timing of the artisan process, and the precision of a piece made to last.
As these are made-to-order boots produced in limited quantities, each pair may show subtle variations in the leather, tone, or finish. These differences are not imperfections; they are part of the identity of each piece.

BISSONI
Bissoni was born from a fascination: the hide of the bison, an animal renowned for the nobility and resistance of its leather. From this, it takes its name, and also its character — a Colombian footwear brand built upon the rigorous selection of leathers and the shoemaking craft passed down from generation to generation.
Its style is classic with a masculine touch: oxfords, loafers, tassels, and details reminiscent of tailoring. Leathers crafted with wooden heels and platforms give each pair a construction that stands out for its artisanal workmanship, designed for women who understand exclusivity as a form of personal style.
CARE AND WARRANTY
How to care for your BISSONI?
The durability of each pair depends on the care you give it.
- Store your shoes away from direct sunlight and humidity.
- Moisturize the leather with moisturizing silicone or hand cream — cowhide moisturizes just like our skin. After applying, polish with a dry cloth to set the product.Do not use shoe polish: the chemicals crack the cowhide.
- For suede pieces (suede and nubuck family), use specialized suede liquid and dry brush with soft bristles. Never clean with water: suede is hairy and can peel with contact from damp cloths.
- For patent leather pieces, use specialized patent leather products, or a gentle mixture of water and alcohol applied with cotton.
About the warranty
All items have a 30-calendar-day warranty for manufacturing defects from the time of purchase. We recommend reviewing our terms and conditions for full details on warranties and returns.
RETURN POLICIES
You can return all items sold on the website (unless otherwise stated on the product page). To receive your refund, please contact our customer service at hello@eldoradoart.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase for further instructions. Returns requested after two weeks or without prior notification are not eligible for a refund.
STEPS FOR RETURN:
Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt
Receive the Return Authorization Number and place it inside the package with the invoice and the product.
Please ensure that all returned items are in their original packaging and with all tags attached (see item conditions for a full refund).
Send it back to our stores using your preferred shipping service (with tracking) within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number:

After receiving and inspecting your return, our team will contact you and issue a refund ONLY to the original payment method.

RETURN CONDITIONS:
Items must be unused and in the exact same condition as when they were sent, with no signs of wear; Products must be returned in their original packaging: boxes and bags;
All labels must be in their original place;
All items must be returned in the original shipping packaging for adequate protection during delivery.
If all the above conditions are not met, you may not be eligible for a full refund. In that case, you will have the option to receive the product back at your own expense. If you refuse to return it, we reserve the right to retain the product and refund the original invoiced amount.
All refunds are issued only to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to appear on your bank statement. Once the refund has been issued, you can contact your bank directly for further information.
