Inspiration

This collection is inspired by the emerald, the stone of life and rebirth. This green stone is a mineral born in Colombian soil that has been part of the culture and community of Muzo for thousands of years.

Alejandra Llano

Alejandra Llano is the founder of Fenomena. She grew up among the mountains of Colombia, in Manizales. Raw emeralds are her favorite stone to design with — she is drawn not only to their vibrant green color but also to the unmatched quality of Colombian emeralds. She says the magic of working with them is that each stone is unique, none identical to another, so she never stops being surprised.

Care

• Store your piece in its original packaging to prevent damage.
• Avoid bathing while wearing your jewelry or direct contact with water, especially seawater.
• Avoid placing your piece on sharp or rough surfaces.
• Gently clean your piece with a soft cloth to remove dust.
• Put your jewelry on after applying perfume, creams and sunscreen.
• Keep pieces away from damp places such as the pool or shower; if you are exercising, leave your jewelry at home, as moisture can affect the metal.

• All pieces carry a 30-calendar-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the moment of purchase.

RETURN POLICY

You may return all items sold on the website (unless otherwise noted on the product page). To receive your refund, contact our customer service at hello@eldoradoart.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase for further instructions. Returns requested after two weeks or without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.

RETURN STEPS:

1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt.
2. Receive your Return Authorization Number and place it inside the package with the invoice and the product.
3. Make sure all returned items include their original packaging and tags (see item conditions for a full refund).
4. Ship it back to our offices using your preferred (tracked) shipping service within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number:

5. After receiving and inspecting your return, our team will contact you and issue a refund ONLY to the original payment method. Come back and shop again ;)

RETURN CONDITIONS:

• Items must be unused and unwashed, in the exact same condition in which they were shipped and without any signs of wear;
• Products must be returned with their original packaging: boxes and bags;
• All tags must be in their original place;
• All items must be returned in the original shipping package for proper protection during delivery.

If all the above conditions are not met, you may not be eligible for a full refund. In that case, you will have the option to receive the product back at your expense. If you refuse the return, we reserve the right to keep the product and the original amount invoiced.

All refunds are issued only to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to appear on your bank statement. Once the refund is issued, you can contact your bank directly for more information.
