Woma is a Bogotá-based brand that aims to preserve the best traditional artisanal practices in the country. By working with artisans from the Wayuu community, an indigenous ethnic group that has been present in the territory for centuries, Woma Hatmakers opens a window for the world to see the closely guarded secrets of ancestral weaving.

Juliana Granados, founder and designer, spent more than two years researching and experimenting with processes to establish new ways of working with natural fibers, native to the Wayuu community. Her exploration with artisans in Colombian villages is a constant endeavor, weaving centuries-old knowledge with Juliana's contemporary design aesthetic, resulting in luxury products made entirely by hand and with all her heart.

CARE & WARRANTY

Each of our pieces is handmade with noble, natural materials, so it deserves special care to preserve its beauty over time.

Store your hat in its original packaging when not in use, and please do not attempt to fold it unless specifically instructed. This is a completely handmade piece, so please take good care of it.

• Avoid placing your piece on sharp or rough surfaces, as this can damage the fibers, and avoid direct contact with liquids containing alcohol, chlorine, or soap. We recommend wiping your piece gently with a cloth to remove dust.

"We have made every effort to display the colors, specifications, dimensions, and descriptions of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be accurate. Please note that most of our products are handmade, so slight variations in color and design are possible, making each piece unique."

WARRANTY

All our parts come with a 30-calendar-day warranty from the date of purchase, valid only for manufacturing defects.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

Contact uswithin 14 days of delivery of your order to request your Return Authorization Number.

Included in the packagethe Return Authorization Number, the invoice and the product.

Pack the productwith its original packaging and labels (see below for full refund conditions).

Send the packageback to our offices using the courier service of your choice (with tracking number) within the7 days laterupon receipt of your Return Authorization Number:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to the original payment method.

CONDITIONS FOR APPROVING A REFUND

The articles must benew, unused, unwashedand in the same state in which they were sent.

Products must retain theiroriginal packaging(boxes, bags, etc.).

All thelabelsmust be in their original place.

Items must be returnedin the same shipping packageto ensure their protection.

Important:
If these conditions are not met, the refund will not be approved. In that case, you can choose to receive the product again at your own expense. If you decide not to receive it, we reserve the right to retain both the product and the original invoice amount.
