RETURN POLICIES

You can return all items sold on the website (unless otherwise stated on the product page). To receive your refund, please contact our customer service at hello@eldoradoart.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase for further instructions. Returns requested after two weeks or without prior notification are not eligible for a refund.

STEPS FOR RETURN:

Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt
Receive the Return Authorization Number and place it inside the package with the invoice and the product.

Please ensure that all returned items are in their original packaging and with all tags attached (see item conditions for a full refund).

Send it back to our stores using your preferred shipping service (with tracking) within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number:

After receiving and inspecting your return, our team will contact you and issue a refund ONLY to the original payment method.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

Items must be unused and in the exact same condition as when they were sent, with no signs of wear; Products must be returned in their original packaging: boxes and bags;
All labels must be in their original place;
All items must be returned in the original shipping packaging for adequate protection during delivery.

If all the above conditions are not met, you may not be eligible for a full refund. In that case, you will have the option to receive the product back at your own expense. If you refuse to return it, we reserve the right to retain the product and refund the original invoiced amount.

All refunds are issued only to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to appear on your bank statement. Once the refund has been issued, you can contact your bank directly for further information.
