HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

Contact uswithin 14 days of delivery of your order to request your Return Authorization Number.

Included in the packagethe Return Authorization Number, the invoice and the product.

Pack the productwith its original packaging and labels (see below for full refund conditions).

Send the packageback to our offices using the courier service of your choice (with tracking number) within the7 days laterupon receipt of your Return Authorization Number:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to the original payment method.

CONDITIONS FOR APPROVING A REFUND

The articles must benew, unused, unwashedand in the same state in which they were sent.

Products must retain theiroriginal packaging(boxes, bags, etc.).

All thelabelsmust be in their original place.

Items must be returnedin the same shipping packageto ensure their protection.

Important:
If these conditions are not met, the refund will not be approved. In that case, you can choose to receive the product again at your own expense. If you decide not to receive it, we reserve the right to retain both the product and the original invoice amount.
