This first version is born from a leather selected for its texture, character, and uniqueness. Each pair is made to order in the Bissoni workshop, respecting the nature of the material, the timing of the artisan process, and the precision of a piece made to last.
As these are made-to-order boots produced in limited quantities, each pair may present subtle variations in the leather, tone, or finish. These differences are not imperfections: they are part of the identity of each piece.

How to care for your BISSONI?
What care should you take? Remember that the durability of your product depends on the care you give it.
- 1. Keep shoes in a place away from direct sunlight or bright light. Store them in a place away from humidity.
- 2. You can moisturize them by applying moisturizing silicone for leather; we also recommend hand cream since cowhide should be moisturized like our skin. After applying silicone or cream, shine with a cloth, buffing the shoe to set the product. (Do not use shoe polish on our shoes; the chemicals crack cowhide).
- 3. For shoes made of Suede (from the family of suede and nubuck), we recommend cleaning them with liquid for suede. Do not clean with water since SUEDE is fuzzy and can peel with contact from damp cloths. Apply a special spray for SUEDE and brush dry with a soft-bristled brush.
- 4. For patent leather, clean them with specialized patent leather products, or you can also mix water with a little alcohol and gently clean with cotton.

RETURN POLICIES
You can return all items sold on the website (unless otherwise stated on the product page). To receive your refund, please contact our customer service at hello@eldoradoart.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase for further instructions. Returns requested after two weeks or without prior notification are not eligible for a refund.
STEPS FOR RETURN:
Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt
Receive the Return Authorization Number and place it inside the package with the invoice and the product.
Please ensure that all returned items are in their original packaging and with all tags attached (see item conditions for a full refund).
Send it back to our stores using your preferred shipping service (with tracking) within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number:

After receiving and inspecting your return, our team will contact you and issue a refund ONLY to the original payment method.

RETURN CONDITIONS:
Items must be unused and in the exact same condition as when they were sent, with no signs of wear; Products must be returned in their original packaging: boxes and bags;
All labels must be in their original place;
All items must be returned in the original shipping packaging for adequate protection during delivery.
If all the above conditions are not met, you may not be eligible for a full refund. In that case, you will have the option to receive the product back at your own expense. If you refuse to return it, we reserve the right to retain the product and refund the original invoiced amount.
All refunds are issued only to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to appear on your bank statement. Once the refund has been issued, you can contact your bank directly for further information.
