GARMENT CARE

This is a delicate garment. To preserve its shape, texture, and movement, we recommend handling it with care and avoiding contact with rough surfaces, jewelry, bags, or accessories that could snag the fringe.

Wash only according to the instructions on the garment's internal label.
Do not wring.
Do not soak.
Avoid the use of bleaches or abrasive products.
Dry in the shade.
Avoid prolonged sun exposure.
Store hanging or flat, ensuring the fringe is not compressed.
Handle with special care when dressing, sitting, or walking near objects that could snag the garment.

CARE AND WARRANTY

GARMENT WARRANTY

This garment has a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not apply in cases of misuse, natural wear and tear, stains caused during use, external modifications, or alterations made by unauthorized third parties.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects related to:

Faults in zippers, snaps, or adjusters.
Detachment of rhinestones due to manufacturing defect.
Damage to seams resulting from manufacturing.
Detachment or unraveling of fringe when it corresponds to a manufacturing defect.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY NOT COVER?

The warranty does not cover damages caused by:

Improper use or forcing the garment.
Failure to follow care recommendations.
Stains, perfumes, makeup, oils, or other products applied during use.
Contact with surfaces, accessories, or objects that could snag, pull, or damage the garment.
Prolonged sun exposure.
Natural wear and tear of materials.
Repairs, modifications, or interventions made by unauthorized third parties.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WARRANTY APPLIES?

If the garment has a fault covered by the warranty, we will first evaluate the possibility of repairing it free of charge.

If repair is not possible, you can choose between:

Product exchange.
Credit note.
Money refund.

RETURN POLICIES

You can return all items sold on the website (unless stated on the product page). To receive your refund, please contact our customer service at hello@eldoradoart.com within 14 hours after receiving your purchase for further instructions. Returns requested after two weeks or without prior notification are not eligible for refund.

STEPS FOR RETURN:

Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt
Receive the Return Authorization Number and place it inside the package with the invoice and the product.
Please ensure you put all returned items with the original packaging and tags (see item conditions for a full refund)
Ship it back to our offices using your preferred shipping service (with tracking) within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number:

After receiving and inspecting your return, our team will contact you and issue a refund to the original payment method ONLY.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
Items must be unused and in the exact same condition as they were sent and without any signs of wear;
Products must be returned with the original packaging: Boxes and bags;
All labels must be in their original place;
All items must be returned in the original shipping package for proper protection during delivery.
If all of the above conditions are not met, you may not be eligible for the full refund. In that case, you will have the option of receiving the product back at your expense. If you refuse to return it, we reserve the right to keep the product and the original invoiced amount.

All refunds are made to the original payment method only and may take up to 14 days to appear on your bank statement. Once the refund is issued, you can contact your bank directly for more information.
