Constellation is a fine jewelry system designed to be customized to your liking. Each piece—crafted in solid 18-karat gold and select gemstones—can be purchased individually or in pairs, allowing you to combine lengths, shapes, and sparkles to create your own light map on your ear.

There are no rules: you can carry a single point of color, a vertical axis of movement, or a complete composition that evolves with you.

Memoria Secreta creates contemporary jewelry using Colombian artisanal techniques. Her work explores filigree and handcraft, collaborating directly with communities to preserve and renew this knowledge.

CARE:

Our 18-karat solid gold pieces are made to be your everyday companions. They're water-resistant—you can swim, shower, or wash your hands in them—without compromising their color or structure. However, to maintain their natural shine for longer, we recommend:

• Store each piece separately to avoid micro-scratches between jewelry.
  
• Avoid direct and constant contact with thick creams, perfumes, or sunscreens, as they can temporarily dull the shine.
  
• Although 18k gold is perfectly tolerant of water, chlorine and swimming pools can wear down the polish over the years, so it's ideal to remove them if you want to maintain a flawless finish.
  
• Clean gently with warm water and neutral soap when necessary, using a very soft brush for areas with stone.
  
• Dry completely before storing to maintain the transparency and luminosity of the gems.
  

These pieces are created to last for generations; simple care maintains their brightness and definition over time.

GUARANTEES:

All pieces in the Constellation collection are crafted from solid 18-karat gold and natural gemstones. We guarantee the authenticity of the materials and the quality of the craftsmanship. We offer a 24-month warranty against manufacturing or assembly defects—such as loose settings, structural flaws, or imperfections in the metalwork.

In the event of a covered defect within the warranty period, we will repair it free of charge. If for any reason repair is not possible, we offer an equivalent replacement or store credit.

ExclusionsThe warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, impacts, drops, modifications made by third parties, loss of stones, theft, or negligence. Preventative maintenance (cleaning, setting inspection) may be offered as an optional service at an additional cost, provided the piece has not been altered by third parties.

RETURN POLICIES

You can return all items sold on the website (unless otherwise stated on the product page). To receive your refund, please contact our customer service at hello@eldoradoart.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase for further instructions. Returns requested after two weeks or without prior notification are not eligible for a refund.

STEPS FOR RETURN:

Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt
Receive the Return Authorization Number and place it inside the package with the invoice and the product.

Please ensure that all returned items are in their original packaging and with all tags attached (see item conditions for a full refund).

Send it back to our stores using your preferred shipping service (with tracking) within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number:

After receiving and inspecting your return, our team will contact you and issue a refund ONLY to the original payment method.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

Items must be unused and in the exact same condition as when they were sent, with no signs of wear; Products must be returned in their original packaging: boxes and bags;
All labels must be in their original place;
All items must be returned in the original shipping packaging for adequate protection during delivery.

If all the above conditions are not met, you may not be eligible for a full refund. In that case, you will have the option to receive the product back at your own expense. If you refuse to return it, we reserve the right to retain the product and refund the original invoiced amount.

All refunds are issued only to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to appear on your bank statement. Once the refund has been issued, you can contact your bank directly for further information.
