Mola is a hand-made textile that forms part of the traditional women's clothing of the Guna community located in Colombia, and Panama. According to their beliefs, the fabrics serve as protection for the women of the community. This textile has a complex manufacturing technique that consists of the superposition of layers of fabric sewn together.
