Bissoni , the workshop led by Carmen Sierra , is part of a family that has been dedicated to the art of handmade shoes for over twenty years. There, the craft is inherited, but also refined: learning is learned from every cut, polishing each sole. Time, in this place, has a different rhythm. One where decisions are made with the calm of someone who knows the craft.

This collection is born from a collaboration that began three years ago between El Dorado Edit and Bissoni. But this new chapter emerges from something different: from a deep look inside the workshop , at the shelves where unique materials lay dormant, at the processes that occur in silence. It was there that El Dorado found the true treasures: leathers that will never return , loose pieces, fragments that hold stories.

The input was clear: propose new forms from what already exists. Respect the material's past, but give it another possibility. Thus was born a capsule of shoes made with zero-waste leathers , carefully selected and reinterpreted to become unique pieces.

It's not just about sustainability. It's about an idea of ​​luxury that doesn't depend on artificial scarcity, but on real value: that of the unrepeatable, the non-industrial, that which demands time and sensitivity.
