• Store your jewelry separately, use the cloth bag provided by us.
• Do not expose your jewelry to lotions, creams, cosmetics, perfumes or water as they wear down the lacquer that helps protect your jewelry's coating.
• Do not exercise with your jewelry (sweat causes wear).
• Avoid taking it to the pool or beach.
• Clean it using a soft cloth to maintain its color and shine for longer.

• All parts have a 30 calendar day warranty against manufacturing defects from the time of purchase.

RETURN POLICIES

You can return all items sold on the website (unless stated on the product page). To receive your refund, please contact our customer service at hello@eldoradoart.com within 14 hours after receiving your purchase for further instructions. Returns requested after two weeks or without prior notification are not eligible for refund.

STEPS FOR RETURN:

Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt
Receive the Return Authorization Number and place it inside the package with the invoice and the product.

Please ensure you put all returned items with the original packaging and tags (see item conditions for a full refund)

Ship it back to our stores using your preferred shipping service (with tracking) within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number:

After receiving and inspecting your return, our team will contact you and issue a refund to the original payment method ONLY.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

Items must be unused and in the exact same condition as they were sent and without any signs of wear; Products must be returned with the original packaging: Boxes and bags;
All labels must be in their original place;
All items must be returned in the original shipping package for proper protection during delivery.

If all of the above conditions are not met, you may not be eligible for the full refund. In that case, you will have the option of receiving the product back at your expense. If you refuse to return it, we reserve the right to keep the product and the original invoiced amount.

All refunds are made to the original payment method only and may take up to 14 days to appear on your bank statement. Once the refund is issued, you can contact your bank directly for more information.
