Artisanal craftsmanship deserves special care to ensure its beauty lasts for years to come.

WARRANTY

All pieces are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase, applicable to manufacturing defects only.

RETURNS

You may return any item purchased through our website (unless otherwise indicated on the product page).

To request a refund, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@eldoradoart.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns requested after this period or without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.

HOW TO RETURN

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request your Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Include the Return Authorization Number, a copy of the invoice, and the product inside the package.

Ensure the item is returned with its original packaging (boxes, bags) and all tags attached (see "Conditions for Return" below).

Ship the item back to our office using your preferred shipping service (with tracking) within 7 days of receiving your RAN:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Products must include all original packaging (boxes, bags, etc.).

All tags must remain attached.

Items must be returned in the original shipping box or protective packaging.

Important:
If any of these conditions are not met, the return may be rejected. In that case, you may choose to have the item shipped back to you at your expense.

If you decline, we reserve the right to retain the product and the original payment.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Once the refund is issued, you may contact your bank for further information.
