  Inspiration

  Between the imposing mountains and the robust jungle of the Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta in Colombia, there are 4 indigenous communities of great spirituality and with an important care and respect for nature: The Kogui, Arhuacos, Wiwa and the Kankuama. Their vision and way of interpreting and seeing the world are the source of inspiration for the designs of these products, each of these bags contains the legacy of hundreds of years of tradition and respect for the land.

Tigres de Salón

A Colombian design brand that is sensitive and aware of the reality of its country. Its objective is to resignify and highlight the value of artisan trades, through the co-creation of pieces with artisan communities. Its great differential translates into the mix between contemporary design, traditional and ancestral Colombian trades. 

To create their products, they use materials such as leather, wool and other natural fibers which are processed in a sustainable manner.

Care Instructions 

• We do not recommend the bag to be folded and please avoid contact with rough and sharp surfaces since it may result in the deterioration of the fibers.
• Please remember this is a handmade product and it should be treated with care.
• To clean the product, we recommend doing it with a damp cloth and avoiding contact with substances such as chlorine or soap.

• 30 day warranty for any damages related to production. Warranty will only be effective with a copy of the product´s invoice.

Puede devolver todos los artículos vendidos en el sitio web (a menos que se indique en la página del producto). Para recibir su reembolso, comuníquese con nuestro servicio de atención al cliente en hello@eldoradoart.com hasta 14 después de recibir su compra para recibir más instrucciones. Las devoluciones solicitadas después de dos semanas o sin notificación previa no son elegibles para reembolso.

PASOS PARA RETORNO:

5. Póngase en contacto con nuestro equipo de atención al cliente dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la recepción
6. Recibe el Número de Autorización de Devolución y colócalo dentro del paquete con la factura y el producto.
7. Asegúrese de colocar todos los artículos devueltos con el embalaje y las etiquetas originales (consulte las condiciones del artículo para obtener un reembolso completo)
8. Envíelo de regreso a nuestras oficinas utilizando su servicio de envío preferido (con seguimiento) dentro de los 7 días posteriores a la recepción de su Número de autorización de devolución:

9. Después de recibir e inspeccionar su devolución, nuestro equipo se comunicará con usted y emitirá un reembolso SOLAMENTE en el método de pago original.

   CONDICIONES PARA LAS DEVOLUCIONES:

• Los artículos deben estar sin usar y sin lavar en las mismas condiciones exactas en que se enviaron y sin ningún signo de uso;
• Los productos deben devolverse con el embalaje original: Cajas y bolsas;
• Todas las etiquetas deben estar en su lugar original;
• Todos los artículos deben devolverse en el paquete de envío original para una protección adecuada durante la entrega.

Si no se cumplen todas las condiciones anteriores, es posible que no sea elegible para la devolución completa. En ese caso, tendrá la opción de recibir el producto de vuelta a su cargo. Si se niega a devolverlo, nos reservamos el derecho a conservar el producto y el importe original facturado.

 

Todos los reembolsos se realizan solo con el método de pago original y pueden demorar hasta 14 días en aparecer en su extracto bancario. Una vez que se emite el reembolso, puede comunicarse directamente con su banco para obtener más información.
